1. Introduction and effectiveness of the General Conditions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") have as their object the purchase regulation of products made remotely and made available, through the internet, via the website (hereinafter, the "Site") in compliance with Italian regulations of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter "Consumer Code").

The customer who accesses the website to make purchases (the "Customer") is required, before sending the order, to read these Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Site.

2. How to choose and order Products

The features and the price of the various products offered on the Site (the "Product" or "Products") are shown on each Product page.

To purchase Products, the Customer must complete and submit the order form electronically by following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer shall add the Product to the "shopping cart" and, after reading the Terms and Policy Privacy and confirming acceptance; he will have to enter shipping and billing information, select the desired payment condition and confirm the order.

By placing an order on the Site, which has the value of the proposed contract, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept these General Terms and payment transcribed.

The contract between Alpina and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Alpina. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirmation of the order containing the order number, shipping and billing information, the list of Products with their essential characteristics and the total price, including costs of delivery. Once received the order, Alpina will check the stock for order fulfilment. If one or more products are not available, Alpina Customer Service will send a prompt notice by email to the Customer to communicate the estimated wait time for order fulfilment and the Customer will have 24 hours to answer and confirm a new shipping date or cancel it. In case of no response within that period, the order will be confirmed and the available Products will be shipped on the new date communicated by Alpina.

3. Products information

The information and characteristics of the products are available on the Site.

The visual representation of Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description. The image of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be fully representative of its features and quality but may differ in colour and sizes. In case of difference between the image and the product description, the description of the product always prevails.

4. Prices and Shipping

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and charges. All prices are in Euro

5. Transport and delivery


Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the purchase process into "Shipping data" field.


All purchases will be delivered by courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays. Alpina is not responsible for unpredictable delays, or not attributable to it.

Once the products are shipped the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to which refer for tracking the shipment.

However, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within seven (7) working days from the day following that on which Alpina has confirmed the order to the Customer via a special email order confirmation.

Delivery Services in Italy:


The Courier before delivering the goods will send the Customer an email and a text message with the date of delivery of the goods ordered. Following the directions of the message received, you can change the date and place of delivery if you are unable to receive the delivery on the designated date. The Courier, if at the time of delivery cannot find anyone, will leave a notice and the Customer will contact him directly, following the directions on the notice received, to agree a new delivery.

6. Payment methods

The Customer will pay for the Products and the shipping expenses by credit card, PayPal, prepaid card and bank transfer.

Credit Cards

To ensure maximum safety, the Customer will make the payment transaction directly on the secure server of the bank.

The Site does not store the number of the Customer's credit card, but thanks to the protected communication system of the credit institute, from the second purchase, the Customer - with an appropriate option selected - will be able to proceed with his purchase without entering his details again. After confirming the order, the Customer will be redirected to PayPal's website to make the payment with his account or using a card, also prepaid, according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relative conditions.

Bank transfer

The Customer shall make the payment within 3 days from the date. Should this not happen the order will be cancelled and the goods will be available for other customers. The Customer who hasn't made the bank transfer will be contacted by Customer Service in order to clarify whether the cause of the failure to pay can be attributed to the Customer's will not to confirm the purchase, or other causes.

7. Billing of orders

If the purchase is made by a professional, you may request issuance of the invoice by checking the appropriate box during the order process and entering the billing information including national insurance number and/or VAT. 9. Guarantee and lack of conformity

The Customer has the right, if the type of product makes it possible, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or at an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. 10. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products sold on the Site, without a penalty, within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the receipt of the goods. Following the return of the products to Alpina, the sales contract and all its obligations, rights or related claims will be deleted, except that, if the returned products to Alpina are damaged, Alpina will have the right to withhold the total or partial payment already made by the customer.

Items must be shipped to Alpina di Montevecchi Manolo & c sas – 485, Via Archimede, 485 - 47521 Cesena (FC), at risk and expenses of the Customer, with a single shipment by courier as instructed in the return authorization. The return must be sent to the above address within 7 days from the date of authorization, before proceeding with the return the Customer must give notice of the return chosen method.

Besides what specified in the terms and procedures above, the Customer’s right to return goods will be considered exercised correctly when the following conditions have been met:

• the product identification tag must still be attached;
• the product identification tag must still be attached;
• products must be returned in their original packaging, closed and sealed with all the protections of the various components as per the original packaging and with all the accessories or instruction manuals;

Upon receipt of the returned goods Alpina will verify compliance with the above procedure and the fulfilment of all the conditions of the case. As soon able to confirm that the conditions have been met, Alpina will send the Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the return and the start of the refunding process in such a way that the Customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for returns within THIRTY (30) working days, regardless of the mode of payment adopted previously by the Customer excluding costs. The refunding of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made solely for the benefit of the Customer who made the payment and directly to his bank account with the bank details included in the registered letter.

More over, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in case of purchase of customized products.

11. Return of defective goods

In case of defective goods Alpina will accept the complaint upon notice by e-mail to; this information will be accompanied by photos. Alpina will tell the customer how to solve the problem.

In case that it is necessary to return the product or part of it, the shipping costs shall be paid in advance by the customer. The product must be properly packaged and Alpina is not responsible for any damage and/or theft the product might suffer during shipping.

The item will be evaluated upon return and if it is established the defect it will be replaced with an identical one or, in case of non-availability, with one of equal value with the consent of the customer or the parties will agree on a discount on the purchase price of the product. All costs for shipping will be paid by Alpina.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse and Alpina will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products we sell.

The essential characteristics of products are shown on the Site within each product page. The images and colours of the products displayed may not exactly entirely correspond to the real effect because of the Internet browser and the monitor used, and you cannot apply the right of withdrawal for these reasons.

12. Failure to withdraw

The shipment, in the event that is not withdrawn by the recipient, even after the storage days, is automatically returned to the sender.

Alpina declines any responsibility and leaves the Customer the responsibility to request a refund of purchase via e-mail

The refund will be for the amount paid for the purchase of all items except all shipping costs and attendant charges (costs of storage etc.).

13. Privacy

We inform you that, while some provided personal data will be needed for the execution of the required services, others have the sole objective to provide information on events, offers and promotional discounts on items sold on the same website. In no case, however, the personal information provided by users will be disclosed to third parties or released and at any time you can unsubscribe by sending an email to

14. General Conditions of use

Alpina is committed to making an accurate and precise service but accidental technical or factual and/or typographical errors might occur. Alpine reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever it is necessary without prior notice.

Alpina does not guarantee that the information contained on its site comply with the jurisdiction of any country or that the products displayed are available for sale in all jurisdictions.

The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the Site and its contents. Alpina in fact cannot be held responsible for any use not in accordance with current laws of the website and content by each of its members, except Alpina's responsibility for intentional fault and serious negligence.

In particular, the Customer will be solely responsible for the communication of information and incorrect data, false or about third parties who haven't given their consent, and in consideration of the improper use of the same.

The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of personal information, including credentials that allow access to confidential services, as well as for any damages or injury which might arise against Alpina or third parties as a result of incorrect use, loss or theft of such information.

13. Applicable law and competent court

The sale contract between the Customer and Alpina is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of these General Conditions or individual purchase orders, if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the court of Forlì-Cesena will be competent exclusively, any other court excluded.

Production has been disrupted due to the current health situation caused by COVID-19. For this reason the bike could be delivered with different components.
