We inform you that, in accordance with law 196/2003, personal or common details which you may provide by filling in this form, already acquired or to be acquired during the relationship and as part of our operations, will be processed even with the help of electronic and/or automated means, in compliance with the aforementioned law and the privacy obligations for:
a) Purposes strictly related to the provision of the required services, so related to managing the relationship with you and purposes connected to legal obligations, to regulations and legislation, as well as provisions issued by supervisory and control authorities.
b) Purposes for which consent must be specifically expressed, such as commercial, promotional and marketing purposes via telephone communication or post and also with the aid of automated communication systems, text messages, e-mail, fax; for the organization of events, conferences and seminars; for surveying the degree of satisfaction by means of personal or telephonic interviews, disclosure or forwarding of on-line questionnaires and otherwise; in anonymous form for publications, for the preparation of studies, statistics, market or scientific research.
The personal and common details may be disclosed to external parties in quality of "principal" or "responsible" of data processing, or in some cases to parties who operate completely independently as separate "owners" of the treatment, provided that these parties will adopt these criteria of safety and protection of data in line with the current regulations, for the same purposes and the same limits for which they were collected by Alpina s.a.s..
The processed data will not be disclosed in any case, with the exception of those that the party voluntarily makes available in any common areas of the Site publicly accessible. Alpina s.a.s. invites the parties concerned not to provide their personal details in the common areas of the publicly accessible Site and reserves the right to delete such data or make it anonymous in the case of sensitive data as defined in Article 4 paragraph 1, letter d ) of the Privacy Code.
Finally, the data can be communicated and/or disclosed by virtue of provisions, laws or regulations. You may at any time request to know the origin of said data, the updating, correction, integration and, in extreme cases, cancellation or blocking as well as exercise all rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the owner of treatment. To enforce such rights, the party concerned may send an e-mail to info@alpinabike.com. The owner of the data treatment is Alpina s.a.s. through the legal representative.
